Frequently Asked Questions

The ESES IV team understands that contract transitions can be a time of uncertainty and are often stressful for an incumbent workforce. We are committed to making the transition process from the ESES III contract to ESES IV contract as orderly and efficient as possible. We hope we are able to answer your questions here and this information gives you a better idea of who the team is and the process for transition.

The payroll schedule is bi-weekly. You will receive a schedule in your onboarding packet.

The contract has a five year period of performance.

If you are an employee of the incumbent ESES III team: prime, teammate or subcontractor, please reach out by submitting the incumbent information form here. Assuming the work you do is covered under an ESES IV task order, we very much want you to be part of the team. Accordingly, one of our teammates will be in touch to discuss the employment offer process.

The team is committed to ensuring all questions are addressed. Please reach out to [email protected] with any questions you may have.

Team members have been assigned specific areas of the statement of work based on their firm’s capabilities and qualifications and the requirements of the contract.

Yes, we will honor your uninterrupted years of services supporting ESES III and the predecessor contract. We will work with you to verify your years of service and finalize an Adjusted Service Date to determine your leave accrual rate.

For individuals remaining in their present position, we honor current salary and recognize seniority on the contract for leave accrual. All full-time employees are offered medical, dental, vision, 401k, and many other ancillary benefits.

All employers require new hires to complete a standard set of new hire documents. This is to ensure the company meets compliance requirements as well as obtains all information necessary for business systems and for benefit onboarding. We will work hard to try to make this process as efficient as possible.

If you are performing work on a task that requires a security clearance, your clearance will be transitioned over to your new employer to manage.

Your current employer will provide you guidance as to what happens with your leave when you transition to a new employer.
