Since 2004, Ryan Nagahiro has served as Director of Technical Recruiting at Columbus Technologies. Mr. Nagahiro brings more than 20 years’ of technical recruiting experience, with specializations in engineering/IT for the commercial and government sectors.
In his role, Mr. Nagahiro heads the talent acquisition strategy and objectives for Columbus’ recruiting department. His primary responsibilities include leading a group of talented, high-performing recruiters; overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; and maintaining strong business relationships to continue delivering results in a competitive market.
Before joining Columbus, Mr. Nagahiro was a technical recruiter and account manager at Data Software Services. He holds a B.S. in business administration from California State University, Los Angeles and is a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR).
