Kim Girard is responsible for all facets of human resources at Columbus. She has more than 30 years of dedicated HR experience and related operational experiences. Ms. Girard is also Columbus’ corporate facility security officer (FSO), responsible for all corporate and personnel security clearances. She develops, implements and coordinates all policies, procedures and practices in human resources. These include employment, compensation, benefits, training, safety/health, employee/labor relations and governmental regulatory agency compliance. Ms. Girard represents Columbus in all human resources matters and is responsible for HR strategic planning and organizational design and development.
Prior to joining Columbus, Ms. Girard worked for User Technology Associates, Inc., where she led the HR organization. She holds a B.S. in business administration from Califnornia State University, Fullerton. Ms. Girard maintains various professional affiliations, including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
