Columbus Technologies and Services, Inc. (“Columbus”) provides a wide variety of professional, technical, and administrative support services to the Virginia Army National Guard (VaARNG) under the Mid-America Cooperative Administrative Support Unit (CASU) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The CASU Contract is a nation-wide, multi-agency contract hosted by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to provide management, logistics, engineering, information technology, and administrative services.

Our support staff for the VaARNG provide various support services across three locations throughout the State (e.g., the Virginia Army National Guard Headquarters at Fort Pickett, Blackstone, and other ARNG locations such as Richmond and Virginia Beach).

Supporting Services
The scope of our support includes, but is not limited to, program management, human resources, marketing and recruiting, financial management (budget formulation, execution, procurement, and reporting), logistics, and training services. Additionally, we provide assistance to the G1 Office in developing implementation plans to ensure compliance with the National Guard Bureau (NGB) directives, policies, and procedures.
